The invitation for the trip which was sent by Kenya Pipeline Company offered the students with a firsthand experience in industrial waste management.

Members of staff from the Department were evaluated by SRC in determining the relative worth of the teaching service, based on a number of parameters including main responsibilities, Qualifications, knowlegde and skills, exerience and training how they influence policy and strategy, their financial impact, communication skills and  working conditions.
